It’s just that it doesn’t really feel like it picks up well after the previous book in there series. It’d be a fun holiday read (even though it came out in May). Don’t get me wrong it was definitely cute. I know this is only and interlude but I feel like so much more could have been done even in the limited number of pages. "'To the stars who listen, Feyre.' 'To the dreams tat are answered, Rhys.'" As Feyre navigates her first Winter Solstice as High Lady, she finds that those dearest to her have more wounds than she anticipated-scars that will have far-reaching impact on the future of their Court. Yet even the festive atmosphere can't keep the shadows of the past from looming. But Winter Solstice is finally near, and with it, a hard-earned reprieve.
